His activities include promoting Israel as a attractive and mutually beneficial target country for investment, particularly in high-tech industries, as well as raising the awareness of the international VC industry, potential strategic partners and enterprises outside Israel to the vast technological potential Israel possesses.

(IAI) Lahav Division.
He is currently the CEO of the IAI company developing an advanced perimeter security system.
Francois served as a transport
pilot in the Israeli Air Force.
